Our referrals enable individuals in and around Charlotte, North Carolina to receive the care they need in their homes and communities and to reduce the need for hospitalization and out-of-community placement. Using strength-based and family-focused approaches, we develop community relationships which build on and improve the successes of the community we serve.

 

Through our referrals,  capability-focused and skill-building methods utilized by our capable staff, children and adults are engaged with their successes supported at home, in school, and in the community. To enforce this, we combine community-based intensive case management strategies and clinical interventions based on the individual’s unique strength.

 

We also believe that all individuals are capable of becoming productive members of their communities, no matter what their past is. We work collaboratively with the mental health industry to ensure that our services are effective and empowering and promote long-term success.

 

Additionally, we partner with other agencies to develop and implement strength-based service plans. To continuously improve and ensure the quality of our services, we always use Best Practice models.
